Construction process of PVC sheet: Separate elastic line - unloading pre-laying - gluing paste - seam welding - waxing treatment.

1. Partitioned elastic wire: carefully bend the wire according to the room size and plastic plate specifications.

(1) The size and shape of the base layer should be determined according to the design pattern, the size of the room, and the specific size of the plastic plate.

(2) When dividing the grid, consider reducing the number of welds as much as possible, taking into account the symmetry of the division. If the room is not enough for the whole wall around the wall, it can be treated according to the edging.

3. Pre-laying: In order to facilitate the adjustment, pre-laying must be carried out after cutting.

(1) The blanking should be carried out according to the actual size of the room floor. When cutting, the soft PVC floor is laid on the ground or the operating platform, and the cutting line is drawn on the board surface, and cut with a "V"-shaped slitting knife. The edge of the board should be cut into smooth bevels. The angle of the slope and mouth of the two plates is about 55 degrees.

(2) The day before the soft PVC floor is officially pasted, it should be pre-packaged according to the division. When paving, try to take care of the same color tone and the same thickness. The pre-paved plates must not be moved and will be pasted the next day.

(3) Adhesive bonding Open the pre-packed soft PVC floor, and pour 2% of the special adhesive on the bonding surface of the base layer and the soft plastic board, and then use the plate brush or the bracket plate. (It is not advisable to use a brush) to apply evenly in the vertical and horizontal directions. After 3 to 4 minutes, the remaining 1/3 of the glue is applied to the base layer and the bonding surface in the same manner.

(4) After 5 to 6 minutes, the soft plastic plate is aligned with the base layer line, and after high-speed seaming to meet the requirements, pressure gluing is applied to the back surface.

(5) Roll back and forth from the center of the plate to the periphery with a roller or use a special plastic plate to press back and forth, discharge all the air under the plate, make the plate surface and the base layer adhere tightly, and then discharge the sand bag to compact. After each paving and venting, the glue on the edge of the ground should be wiped clean to avoid affecting the seam precision after the glue is dried.

4. Seam welding: patchwork is an important means to ensure the flatness and integrity of the ground, so the welding must be full and compliant.

5. Waxing treatment: before the delivery, the surface of the floor is waxed to increase the brightness of the floor.
